"Meow~meow meow, meow~" (Don't get excited, kid, I'm the same kind of person as you, we call ourselves Animagus.)

Professor McGonagall changed into the form of a tabby cat again, and explained it to Fish again.

"Meow, meow, meow?" (My name is McGonagall, Minerva McGonagall, what about you?)

"Meow, meow!" (My name is Fish, and I'm not human!)

Seeing that Mag became a human like herself, Fish was very excited at first, but when she claimed to be a human and classified him as a human, Fish was not very happy.

I am not the kind of human being who has no fangs and claws and has pitifully little hair on his body.

    "Meow~" (poor child)

Of course, Professor McGonagall didn't know that Fish was telling the truth. She thought it was because he lived with wild cats since he was a child and didn't remember his identity at all.

After all, although similar things are rare, they are not uncommon. Discoveries such as wolf children and monkey children have appeared all over the world.

Sensing that Fish became a little impatient from being close at the beginning, Professor McGonagall did not continue to argue with Fish on this issue.

"Meow, meow?" (So Fish, are you hungry?)

"Meow! Meow~meow~meow!" (I'm starving to death! I was going to catch an owl, but he turned into a human too, and then came to catch me with another human with a white beard!)

Speaking of this, Fish was so angry, you will change if you become a human being, at worst, he will go to other places to find food, why should he chase after him, it's so annoying!

"Meow~" (You wait here, I'll get you something to eat.)

Professor McGonagall rubbed Fish with his head, then changed back into human form, and walked out the door.

    "Meow?"

Fish tilted his head, watched Professor McGonagall leave, and then carefully observed the room.

Except for stealing fish from Evans' shop before, Fish actually rarely entered human houses. He circled the medical room twice, then returned to the bed, and lay down on the white pillow.

Fish wiggled the tip of his tail slightly, and narrowed his eyes comfortably.

It turns out that human beings have such good things besides food. No wonder many of the same kind like to stay with human beings.

Just as Fish was enjoying the softness of the pillow, Professor McGonagall pushed open the door and walked in with a silver dinner plate, on which were placed grilled chicken, fried fish, and a bowl of pumpkin juice.

    "Meow!"

Fish, who was taking a nap on the pillow, smelled the fragrance, stood up abruptly, jumped onto the table with a vertical leap, and eagerly circled back and forth in front of Professor McGonagall who had already walked to the table, with a small head high above the table.  He looked up high, but his gaze remained on the dinner plate in Professor McGonagall's hand.

    "Don't worry, little guy."

Professor McGonagall, who was always serious, was smiling now. She stretched out her hand cheerfully, and touched Fisher's little head.

Because the other party can also turn into a cat, Fish did not resist Professor McGonagall's stroking as before, but put his two front paws on Professor McGonagall's robe, and shouted eagerly.

    "Meow~meow~meow~"

"Eat it, eat it, but it will be more convenient to eat these things in human form."

Professor McGonagall didn't intend to continue teasing Fish, and put the dinner plate on the table.

In fact, Fish can understand what Professor McGonagall is saying. Even ordinary cats can easily understand part of human language, let alone Fish, a cat druid optimized by the Heart of Nature.

It's just that if you understand it, you understand it. Fisher, who prefers his fluffy body, pretended not to hear it, and threw himself on the roast chicken with great momentum and began to eat.

Biting the grilled chicken fiercely, Fisher tore off a piece of meat from it with some difficulty, then shook his little head lightly, borrowed inertia and tongue, sent the chicken to the back molars, and chewed a few times  Then swallow it into the stomach.

    "Meow~"

Fish, who swallowed the chicken, narrowed his eyes and let out a contented grunt from his throat.

Compared with raw meat, these foods that have been cooked and processed by humans are more delicious, but it is helpless that when most humans feed themselves, they choose raw food or relatively bland food.

Thinking about it this way, it seems to be mistaken for humans and that Animagus, but it seems to be not bad?

Fish shook his ears, a thought suddenly popped up in his mind, but it didn't take long.? Return your attention to the food in front of you.

Why do you care so much, fill your stomach first!

First stick out his tongue to lick off the meat residue that just fell from his mouth on the table, then Fisher then started to bite on the grilled chicken.

Seeing that Fish was still eating like a cat, Professor McGonagall was not in a hurry. Instead, he stretched out his hand and tore off a small portion of the roast chicken when Fish had devoured most of it and started licking his paws to wash his face.  The piece of meat came down and slowly put it into his mouth, then he picked up the pumpkin juice on the side and took a sip.

After finishing these demonstrations, Professor McGonagall smiled, and repeated to Fish what she had just said in cat language.

Fish raised his head and looked at Professor McGonagall for a while, then continued to lick his paws and wash his face.

You speak very well, but I don't listen.

As a kitten, Fisch is so headstrong!

Professor McGonagall also knew that there was no rush for this matter, she just stroked Fish's back, and watched with a smile as the child rubbed his face with his little paws

Then when Fish lowered his head and wanted to lick some special place of himself, Professor McGonagall blocked his head with his palm.

    "Meow?"

Seeing the suspicious gaze cast by Fish, Professor McGonagall twitched the corners of his mouth.

Sure enough, it is still necessary to help the child return to normal human living habits as soon as possible

"Are you sure you want to adopt this child, Minerva."

Dumbledore wiped his half-moon glasses, put them back on the bridge of his nose, stared at Professor McGonagall seriously and asked.

"I can contact other wizarding families, and they must be happy to adopt Fish."

"But, they can't communicate with Fish normally like I can, can they? And, Albus, don't you think that kid is destined for me?"

Professor McGonagall was referring to the fish cat form, which was a silver tabby like her.

"Since you insist, I have no reason to stop"

Dumbledore sighed, he was not worried that Professor McGonagall would ignore the work at Hogwarts because of Fish, so he offered to propose: "So, do I need to find another house in Hogsmeade?  "

In fact, Professor McGonagall himself owns a small villa in Hogsmeade, which was specially purchased by her husband for the convenience of her working at Hogwarts. Unfortunately, shortly after they got married, Professor McGonagall's husband  Elphinstone Urquhart died accidentally after being bitten by a venomous tentacle.

Professor McGonagall couldn't bear to be alone in their villa, so after Elphinstone's funeral, he packed up and returned to Hogwarts, and the villa has been sealed and never used again.

And Dumbledore knew about Professor McGonagall's past and understood the pain she was enduring, so he didn't consider handing Fish over to Professor McGonagall to raise him.

"You know, Albus, I own property in Hogsmeade."

Professor McGonagall smiled and declined Dumbledore's kindness.

    "I seethen, Comey."

Sighing again, Dumbledore didn't persuade him anymore, but called the house elf from before.

"Perhaps you'll need a house-elf to look after that Fisch child while you're away."

This time, Professor McGonagall did not refuse Dumbledore's kindness again. As the vice-principal of Hogwarts and the head of Gryffindor, her work at Hogwarts is still relatively heavy, and she really needs someone to replace her.  Keep an eye on Fish himself.

As an Animagus cat, Minerva McGonagall, who has been very close to cats since she was a child, knows very well how powerful these furry little guys are.
