    ?

Zhou Yangyang called Fang Xiaoyuan's name in a low voice as he walked along the passageway he had come from.  It wasn't until he was stopped by a stone wall that he realized that he had reached the end of the passage.

Fang Xiaoyuan just disappeared out of thin air, leaving no trace behind.  He suspected that she was taken away by the gardener who suddenly woke up like last time and put into the dungeon, but when he returned to the front hall and counted again and again, there was not a single gardener missing in the room.

Hearing the sound of kicking and tapping coming from the depths of the front hall, Zhou Yangyang quickly hid behind a sleeping gardener, and quietly poked his head out to look in the direction of the sound.  After a while, the principal in a nightgown appeared.  His hair is a mess, as if he just got out of bed.

Seeing him walking towards him, Zhou Yangyang retracted his head, being careful not to make a sound.

The principal of the garden chanted a few spells, and thick black smoke filled the surroundings, spreading to the side little by little.  Zhou Yangyang's sight was quickly blocked by the thick smoke, and he tightly covered his nose, trying to hold back his cough.  After the black smoke cleared, the sound of shoe soles rubbing against the stone slabs could be heard, and the sleeping gardener who stood in front of him moved his body and stepped forward.  Zhou Yangyang quickly squatted down, and before the little headmaster found him, he quietly crawled behind the gardener who was next to him.

"The head of the garden." He heard the gardener greet the little man, waiting to be sent.

"Take me to see Xiaoyan." The head of the garden, the little man, turned his hands away, raised his head, and assumed the posture of a leader.

The sound of footsteps moved towards the passage, and Zhou Yangyang followed behind them, walking along the gap between the stone wall and the gardeners, until he reached the connection between the passage and the front hall.  He stopped, and there was no shelter when he walked forward, and he was worried that he would be discovered.

Although Zhou Yangyang wasn't afraid of the little headmaster, he knew that he couldn't beat the gardener by himself no matter what.  Once caught by the gardeners, not only will they lose the chance to find Xiaoyan, but they may also be thrown back into the dark dungeon.

Seeing the principal of the garden getting farther and farther away, Zhou Yangyang was so anxious that he broke out in sweat.

"Zhou Yangyang!" At this moment, he suddenly heard a familiar voice calling himself.  Turning his head, the front hall was empty, except for the sleeping gardeners, there was no one.

    "I'm here, down there!"

The sound came from under the floor next to the opposite stone wall.  Zhou Yangyang ran over and saw a small hole in the ground at some point, and Fang Xiaoyuan was standing inside and waving at him.  "Can you pull me up?"

Zhou Yangyang leaned over on the floor, stretched his arms but couldn't catch Fang Xiaoyuan's hand.  "No, it's too far away." In fact, even if he could reach Fang Xiaoyuan, he would not have the strength to pull her out of such a deep hole, which is something only adults can do.

"Is there no other exit?" Zhou Yangyang asked.

Fang Xiaoyuan shook her head, she fell from here, of course she can only go up here.  The two of them lost their minds for the time being. Although the distance was very close, Zhou Yangyang couldn't help.

At this time, the flying monsters who had teased Fang Xiaoyuan before flew out from the passage, chattering around her.

"We can help you go up, but you have to promise us one condition." Said the leading flying demon.  When Fang Xiaoyuan was scolded by Grandpa Mumen, it was the one who laughed the loudest.

"What conditions?" Fang Xiaoyuan didn't expect much from them, thinking they were here to tease herself again.

"The service demon said that when you go out, you will take it to the bustling Chimney Street." The flying demon showed a longing look, "Actuallywe also want to see what Chimney Street looks like."

Fang Xiaoyuan was stunned, she thought these flying monsters were bad guys, she hated them before, but now she couldn't help but sympathize with them.  Trapped in this narrow passage all day, life must be difficult for the flying monsters.

"Okay, I promise you." She agreed without thinking.

The leading flying demon commanded the other fairies to grab Fang Xiaoyuan's clothes, sandals and braids, waved the fan blades, and quickly pulled her from the burrow to the ground.  Before returning to the underground passage, they did not forget to give Fang Xiaoyuan a high-five one by one, asking her to promise that she would never change her mind.

Farewell to the flying demon, Fang Xiaoyuan and Zhou Yangyang walked out along the passage, with her hand on the wall, shaking up and down from time to time, looking for the hidden door.

Before leaving the principal's room, Piggy Bank spit out a badge that he secretly swallowed, and handed it to Fang Xiaoyuan.  Unlike the fake badge that Flywheel gave her before, this badge is a genuine passport.  It is made of solid metal, golden in color, and has the same seven-pointed star shape as the floor tiles in front of Xiaoyan's house.

"Strange, are you sure they are going in this direction?"Fang Xiaoyuan was a little puzzled about the hidden door.

"Yeah." Zhou Yangyang nodded heavily, "I saw it with my own eyes. The director asked the gardener to take him to see Xiaoyan."

Until the end of the passage, the two did not find the door leading to the dungeon.  There was only a thick stone wall in front of him, and Fang Xiaoyuan rubbed against it with his badge for a long time, but he couldn't open the door.

She took the badge in her hand and looked at it carefully, thinking that she might have been tricked by the service demon, but in fact it was not a passport at all.  But if the badge is useless, why can she use it to open the entrance to the burrow?

Thinking of this, Fang Xiaoyuan lost his mind, and the badge in his hand accidentally slipped off, making a crisp sound of metal hitting the slate.  Suddenly, the badge that fell on the ground shone with golden light, the ground under their feet shook violently, and the thick stone slabs moved to both sides. Zhou Yangyang stretched out his hand and pulled Fang Xiaoyuan aside.

When the vibration stopped completely, a dark stone step leading to the ground appeared on the previously flat ground.

"So the dungeon is here" Fang Xiaoyuan retracted her surprised chin, picked up the badge from the ground, and prepared to walk down the stone steps.

Zhou Yangyang grabbed her arm, "Wait a minute." As he spoke, he took out the only remaining candle from the backpack behind him, lit it and held it in his hand. Fang Xiaoyuan said, "Follow me,  Take your badge, and turn around immediately if you run into a gardener."

The two walked down the dark stone steps, and after a while they reached the flat ground.  Except for the candle Zhou Yangyang held in his hand, there was no light here.

Fang Xiaoyuan followed behind Zhou Yangyang and walked forward next to him.  Feeling a burst of cold air, she couldn't help but hugged her arms tightly.

"It's so cold" Fang Xiaoyuan's teeth started to chatter when she spoke.

Zhou Yangyang stopped. He also felt that the temperature here was very low. The cold air rose from the soles of his feet to the top of his head, as if he was staying in an ice cellar.

He moved two steps to the side, held up the candle, and was suddenly frightened by what was in front of him. When he stepped back, he bumped into Fang Xiaoyuan, and the two of them fell to the ground together.

The candle goes out.  In the darkness, Fang Xiaoyuan stammered and asked, "Whatwhat's wrong?"

"It's ice." Zhou Yangyang murmured, "It's all ice" (Remember the website website: www.hlnovel.com
