    ?

H Town, after taking a long-distance bus for half a day, I finally arrived at this not-so-big city.  Jian entrusted his friends to find the city where Wei Wei originally lived.  After getting off the bus, I suffered from backache and back pain. This was the first time I had taken a long-distance bus since I was a child.  Just learned about this town from Jian and came here.

This is a very ordinary town. After getting off the bus, there are many beggars begging for food. In fact, this is the case at any station in China. In normal times, I might give a little charity, but today I don¡¯t even have one.  Take a look at these beggars.  In this peaceful small town, my heart was extremely agitated.  The complicated emotions made me have no time to pay attention to the outside world.

Autumn in h town seems to come faster than Shanghai, and the trees on the road have only desolate branches left.  The town is not big, and it still smells like river sand.

But, will Wei Wei really be here?  Logically speaking, if a person commits a crime, his hometown is easy to find and controlled by the police, but many criminals still have thoughts after wandering outside for a long time, thinking that after a few years they will be in the limelight  When you relax, you will return to your hometown.  I didn't come to this small town purely to find Wei Wei. In fact, it can be said that I found Wei Wei just incidentally, because the chances are not high.  Furthermore, because Ting Jian said that this place is very quiet, it just allows me to finish the second half of my novel.  I also finally discovered that only quietness can create some valuable words, not diarrhea.  The city of Shanghai has too many temptations, and it is impossible to calm people's minds.

I rented a house for only 150 yuan a month. There was only a small single room and a small living room. In fact, it couldn't be called a living room, because there was no room for people except for a small round table.  The toilet is also very simple, and the water in the toilet cannot be pumped, so we have to use a bucket to catch the water and flush it.  Hot water is only available for showering from 7pm to 9pm.  Thinking that I am here to write rather than travel, I also feel that the difficult environment is a prerequisite for creating good works.

After sorting out this temporary "new home", it was getting late, so I decided to go out for a walk to get acquainted with Wei Wei's hometown.  It's nice to be in a town without the hustle and bustle once in a while.  This is the first time that Wei Wei has come to a foreign country alone without the company of her parents, but this town has a familiar atmosphere, maybe because Wei Wei has stayed here before.

In order to save money, I rented a house, so I chose a relatively remote place with relatively little smoke. Walking on the streets here, there are not many people and no street lights. When the night falls, the whole town does not have very bright lights, only occasionally  The lights in several homes were on so that people could distinguish the road on the ground.  Growing up in Nightless Shanghai, I felt a bit of gloom when the evening wind blew on my face.  Kind of like something out of a horror movie.  Suddenly attracted by a bunch of red flowers on the side of the road, I squatted down and looked carefully at this cluster of gorgeous red flowers, the petals curled up like dragon claws.

Come to a relatively lively street, which should be the commercial center here, so it is a bit bright. This road is called "Forgotten Road", which is a relatively rare road name.  In Shanghai, roads are generally named after famous people or cities. I have never seen roads named after "forgotten" or "remembered".

I buttoned up one button of my shirt, it was a little cold.  There are quite a lot of shops on this street, and there are many shops with the same brand. For example, Nike has five points.  I guess they are all fake.  After entering a Nike store, I found that my conclusion was correct, because the price tag was not more than one hundred.

Just as I was touching these clothes to further identify the authenticity, a person suddenly rushed out of the store and put them on me at once, and I was knocked to the ground.

"Reincarnation, you." He complained while touching his painful buttocks just now.  What's more, the fall was not light.

The man looked like he was in his early twenties, and he had a satchel-style schoolbag on his body. He knelt on the ground and picked up the things he dug out just now, and kept apologizing to me, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry."

"Forget it, be more careful next time." Seeing that his tone was so sincere, I was too embarrassed to say anything more, otherwise I would become unreasonable.  His ID card fell next to me, I picked it up and took a look, I seemed to have seen the name on the ID card somewhere, but I didn't remember it.  He snatched the ID card from me and put it in the bag and ran out of the store.

At first, I thought this young man was quite polite, but his rude act of snatching the ID card just now made me change my mind, and my original desire to go for a ride was also ruined.  Had to go back in the direction of renting.

As I walked, there were fewer and fewer people on the road, and I came to a place similar to an alley in Shanghai.  It feels a bit wrong. The place where I live is indeed remote, but the surrounding buildings are all things I have never seen before.  I realized that I was lost.  Although I don't know how to leave like this, but as long as I walk out of this alley, it should be fine.??Take a taxi, at least the driver still knows the way here.

I didn't expect this alley to be so twists and turns, and I still didn't go around after half an hour. I started to panic.  The people living in this alley are also very strange. All the doors and windows of the houses are closed at eight o'clock.  No one was outside, not even the lights were turned on.

    "Squeak¡ª¡ª"

A mouse jumped out and startled me.

I continued to walk towards the alley, but what I had to stop was a wall, which was very inconsistent with the style of the houses in the surrounding alleys, as if it was deliberately newly built by people for isolation.  And it was built very high, about one meter higher than the house, and even the starry sky in the sky was covered by it.  I want to climb over, but there is no place to stay around, and the wall is very flat.  I went up and touched the wall, and knocked again. It was about three centimeters thick.

After going around the alley, I waited for a long time before I hailed a taxi, but the place where I lived was so remote that the driver didn't know him, so I finally groped my way to the destination after I hailed the third taxi.  It was almost twelve o'clock when I returned to the rented room, and I fell asleep on the sheets on the floor.

That night I had a dream. I dreamed that I was still in that alley, and I walked in front of the wall again. I went forward and picked up a hammer from nowhere to break the wall, but no matter how I swung it  The hammer, the wall never even had a gap.  One hammered for a long time until the head of the hammer fell off, but the wall still did not move.

Suddenly a voice came from the other side of the wall. I can¡¯t remember whether it was a man or a woman. It seemed to ask me why I came here, but I said I didn¡¯t know.  Then the wall collapsed all of a sudden, and I jumped up for joy, but found that there was no one on the other side of the wall.  Then I heard a deafening "Boom¡ª¡ª".  The surrounding houses also continued to collapse, and four other walls emerged from the ground to form a square and surrounded me.  And it was still shrinking and squeezing towards me. I kept shouting for help, and the voice appeared again, but it just kept laughing.  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
