    Chapter 575 An injured hedgehog

    Bai Cha¡¯s heart felt cold.

Ye Beilin opened his eyes slightly, then looked at Bai Cha, and saw that she stood up quickly, picked up the coat she had put aside, walked down the short steps towards the door on the other side.

    He quickly chased after him.

Ye Beilin thought Bai Cha was hurt by Mo Yuchen's words and left angrily, but when he came out, he unexpectedly found her waiting beside his car.

When he came closer, Bai Cha opened his lips: "Let's go, I want to go back."

On the way back, Ye Beilin looked at Bai Cha from time to time. She kept looking out the window with her head tilted, her face was very calm, and it was hard to tell what she was thinking.

Just when Ye Beilin was thinking about how to speak, Bai Cha opened his lips first: "You should be quite satisfied, right?"

    "kindness?"

"Isn't this what you want to see?"

Bai Cha was right. Ye Beilin had always hoped that Mo Yuchen could let go completely. Without this powerful rival, his hopes would be much greater.

Ye Beilin nodded and said bluntly: "Yes, but my original intention was not to make you sad."

Almost as soon as the man finished speaking, Bai Cha immediately spoke: "I'm not sad."

Hearing the urgent and firm tone, Ye Beilin just smiled slightly, and then nodded obediently, "Well, I'm not sad, you don't like him anymore, right?"

After a long time, Bai Cha said "yes".

Ye Beilin held the steering wheel and looked at the road ahead, "Do you know what you look like now?"

    "What?"

    "A puffy pufferfish."

Bai Cha was stunned for a moment, then slightly curved his lips.

Ye Beilin licked the corner of his lower lip.

He didn¡¯t tell the truth. She was now like a wounded hedgehog with all its spines erect.

Back at the hotel, Bai Cha and Ye Beilin separated and returned to their room. She sat quietly on the bed for a while, then walked out the door with her mobile phone and room card. When she came back again, she carried a large  plastic bag filled with beer.

Bai Cha kicked off her shoes with her feet, sat barefoot and opened the curtains, then sat down, leaning against the mattress, looking at the white sky outside, stretched her arms, and pulled a bag of wine to herself.

He took out a can, opened the ring, raised his head and drank, not caring about the excess liquid flowing down the mouth of the bottle to his neck.

¡° White tea has a good tolerance for alcohol, so she kept drinking it. When she was full, she would take a break, go to the toilet, come back and continue drinking. She drank like this from day to sunset, and then to the night sky.

It was eight or nine o'clock in the evening, Bai Cha's cheeks were rosy, and there were nearly twenty empty cans at her feet. She turned over with difficulty, found her mobile phone from the bed, took it over, pressed a few buttons, and dialed.

The beeping sound lasted for a long time before someone picked it up.

    "Hello."

    "Grandma, I feel so uncomfortable"

As soon as he opened his mouth, Bai Cha couldn't stop crying. His emotions seemed to have an outlet, and his tears flowed down.

When Li Yueru heard that Bai Cha was crying, she immediately panicked: "What's wrong, girl? What happened? Don't cry, don't cry, don't scare grandma."

Bai Cha sniffed hard, "It's okay, I just just miss my grandpa."

Li Yueru on the other end breathed a sigh of relief. She thought something had happened to Bai Cha. When she mentioned her deceased wife, she sighed, "If you miss your grandpa, come back and visit. I will go to his grave with you."  He talks."

"Well, grandma, how are you doing? How is the nanny treating you? Is she taking good care of you?"

"It's good. This girl is very quick-witted and very diligent. I'm fine now. Don't worry about me. Just remember to eat on time."

"Okay, the temperature in Province H will be cooling down in the past few days. Please wear more clothes to avoid catching a cold."

"You are the one who has to take good care of yourself."

The old man and the young man chatted for a long time. Bai Cha listened to her grandmother's voice and her heart gradually calmed down.

She just wanted to strengthen her heart and make sure that she had done nothing wrong.

Bai Cha forgot when she hung up the phone. She was slowly getting drunk and her head was dizzy. She curled up against the bedside table and fell asleep with her head tilted.

I don¡¯t know how long it took, but the sensor at the door of the room lit up, and then the doorknob slowly moved downwards, and the door opened quietly.  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
