Yu Su didn¡¯t speak. She looked back and forth between the two people¡¯s faces, feeling a little confused about the current situation.

The man who spoke turned sideways, picked up a stick from the wall, and stood up with the stick. Only then did Yu Su notice that he only had one leg.

He walked up to Yu Su with difficulty, reached out and touched her head, lowered his head and said, "Xiao An, be obedient and go back to the house quickly."

It seemed like they were talking about something important and didn't want her to disturb them.

Yu Su nodded, turned around and returned to the room.

The man did not leave. He stood at the door and looked at her. It was not until she walked over to the bed that he reached out and closed the door again.

The sound of him walking around with a stick came from outside. Yu Su quietly walked back to the door of the room, leaned close to the door panel and listened outside.

"Can't you really think of another way?" This voice belonged to the man just now.

The other man sighed, "No, this is the highest price they gave. Your house is in a bad location and it's an old house. It's good to be able to sell it for so much. Just listen to me and take advantage of it."  If you still want it now, why don¡¯t you sell it quickly?¡±

    Selling a house?

"Sigh This price is really too low. Village chief, can you tell me more? If I wasn't in urgent need of money, I would never sell it like this."

"I also know that you spent a lot of money on your injury this time, and you also lost a leg. I'm afraid your daughter-in-law will have to bear the burden of the family in the future. Because I know this, I talked to them specifically  I hope they will give me more money for my sake, so they just added two thousand yuan to make up the whole deal. If you are still dissatisfied they probably won't buy it."

It was quiet outside, and Yu Su listened for a while before hearing the man sigh heavily.

He said: "Then, shall I discuss it with Xiao An's mother?"

"Okay, they said they can wait up to three days. You have to make a decision quickly. Then I will leave first. When you have made up your mind, come over and tell me."

After the man finished speaking, the sound of leaving footsteps was heard outside.

Yu Su turned around and walked towards the chair. As soon as he sat on it, he heard the sound of someone approaching with a wooden stick.

The man opened the door and looked into the room.

Yu Su also looked at him and saw that his face was full of sadness.

After the two looked at each other for a moment, he smiled bitterly, walked in the door, walked towards Yu Su step by step, then put the stick on the side of the cabinet and leaned against it, stretched out his arms to hug Yu Su, and sat on the chair.

Yu Su has become a little kid, but she is still very uncomfortable being held in the arms of a strange grown man.

She twisted a few times to think about it, but he hugged her tighter. He even lowered his head and kissed her hair.

Just when Yu Su wanted to do something, she heard him whisper in a guilty tone: "Xiao An, it's really hard for you to be born in our family. Dad is sorry for you, and also sorry for your mother"

Yu Su didn¡¯t dare to move anymore.

He didn¡¯t continue talking, he just held her and sighed several times.

A few minutes later, footsteps were heard outside, and a plainly dressed woman walked in from the door.

When Yu Su saw her, she was slightly stunned - this woman looked a bit like her.

A subtle feeling suddenly hit his heart. Yu Su watched blankly as she walked in from the door, walked to the man holding him, patted his shoulder gently, and whispered: "I'll give it to you."  Dad called and he was willing to lend us some money. But we have to keep it a secret and not let my brothers and sisters find out, otherwise they will definitely go to my parents¡¯ place to make trouble.¡±

The man stretched out a hand and held it in hers. Yu Su raised her head and saw that his eyes were red, as if he was about to cry.

The woman didn't say much, smiled slightly, and asked, "Has the village chief been here? What's the price?"

The man pursed his lips and said with some difficulty: "Ten thousand"

"Ten thousand?" The woman frowned, remained silent for a moment, and then said, "It's a bit less. Just this piece of land is worth a lot of money. Didn't the Yu family in the village spend tens of thousands to repair the house recently?  "

The man lowered his head and said in a low voice: "They are building a two-story building, but ours"

The woman was speechless for a moment. She lowered her head and looked at Yu Su. She reached out and gently rubbed her head. After a moment, she said, "If it doesn't work out, I have no choice but to sell it."

The man glanced at Yu Su, and after a long silence, he said, "Even if I sell it, it's not enough."

&nb?But the village chief¡¯s family of three!

What a good person the village chief is. How many good things has he done for our village?  Just be killed like this by your man!

"But we don't want to cause trouble to you two, mother and daughter. Now we are here to inform you that you have to move out within tomorrow, otherwise we will have to evict you!"  "

The woman looked at them calmly and said, "He didn't kill anyone. He said it himself. I believe him."

The next sentence came to Yu Su's mind - "Hey, you believe him when he says he didn't kill anyone? We don't believe it, let alone the police comrades! Which murderer didn't say he didn't kill anyone when he was caught?"

The next moment, the exact same words came from outside.

Yu Su¡¯s heart sank slightly, and an ominous premonition became stronger and stronger.

"He said that the village chief and others were already dead when he got there." The woman was still arguing calmly.

The man at the front sneered: "Then where did the blood come from in his hands?"

The woman looked at him and said calmly: "He wanted to see if the village chief could save him. He even lost a leg, how could he kill someone?"

An older villager took two steps forward and said with a gloomy face: "We know you don't want to believe that your man killed someone, but the police comrades have already arrested him, so how can we be wrong? We are too lazy to tell you  What nonsense, don¡¯t say that we bully your orphans and widowed mothers, we will give you three more days, you must move out of our village!"

The woman stopped talking. She glanced at the faces of these people one by one, then turned around and walked towards the room where Yu Su was.

Yu Su took a few steps back into the room, saw her opening the door and coming in, and then closed the door hard.

The villagers outside were cursing and saying that she had a bad attitude, and finally they dispersed temporarily under the leadership of the older man.

Only the children who were watching the fun did not leave. They picked up some rocks and other things, and threw them at the door while shouting.

"Murderers, get out of our village! Murderers, get out of our village!"

The woman endured it, hugged Yu Su into her arms, and reached out to cover her ears hard.

Yu Su just looked at her with complicated emotions, not knowing what to do or what would happen next.

This afternoon, the woman changed her clothes, washed her face, patted her cheek in the mirror, tried her best to smile, told Yu Su to stay at home, and then hurried out the door.

When I write about coal mines, I want to tell another story.

My father worked in the coal mine when I was a child, and there were several other acquaintances with him. One of them was an uncle from a neighboring village who could tell fortunes.

That day it was my father's turn to work, but early in the morning, before dawn, the fortune-teller's uncle knocked on the door and told him not to go to work in the mine today. He didn't tell him the reason, but said he must not go.  , my dad had a good relationship with him, so he listened to his words and didn¡¯t go.

As a result, something happened in the mine that day.

And all the other people who were supposed to go to work that day did not go. The only one who went was this uncle.

He died inside, and no one else was okay.

Every time I think about this, I feel so amazing and emotional. I wonder if he really has calculated something and is willing to use his own life in exchange for the survival of others (Remember the website address: www.  hlnovel.com
