The next day was another rainy day.  Feng Shizhen went to the cram school to submit his resignation early in the morning and went home to pack his luggage.

When the fire broke out in the Feng family, Feng Shizhen was still living in the dormitory of the school, so most of her personal belongings were still retained.  In order to support her family, she later sold the dresses and cheongsams made of good materials to clothing stores, and she made do with a few old clothes.  Yesterday I went to the Rong family for an interview. In order to leave a unique impression on Mrs. Rong, she put on the only foreign silk cheongsam she had left last year.

Mrs. Feng sighed while helping her daughter clean up, "You should leave some money from your previous income to make some clothes for yourself. When your eldest brother comes back, you won't have to work so hard."

Feng Shizhen naturally would not tell his mother the ins and outs of his entry into the Rong family.  She said: "The Rong family wants to make clothes for the tutor, why should I spend more money?"

She turned to her desk, wrote a notice for renting a lucky house, and posted it on the door of the courtyard.  After lunch, someone came to rent a house.

It was a burly man named Ma Dagui who claimed to be a porter in a tobacco company.  His eyes were fierce and his actions were generous. He didn't mind that the room was cramped and he paid half a year's rent in one go.  Mrs. Feng was a little afraid of this man, but for the sake of money, she had no choice but to accept it and let him move in tomorrow.

Feng Shizhen sends the tenant out.  When there was no one around, Feng Shizhen whispered to him: "Thank you Qi Ye and eldest brother. I'll spare your trouble in the future."

Ma Dagui pinched the edge of his peaked cap with his cigarette-stained fingers, "Master Qi told me, don't worry, Miss Feng."

Ma Dagui entered the village like a black bear, swaggering through the yard, with the holster of a shuttle gun exposed under his turned-up clothes.  The aunts wearing shoe soles in the courtyard were so frightened that their faces turned white, and a group of half-grown young people who used to smoke at the door also voluntarily dispersed.

Feng Shizhen felt very relieved and was grateful to Meng Xu'an for his reliable work.

After nightfall, the rain stopped, and the moonlight outside the window entered the house, making patterns on the floor.  Feng Shizhen washed and wiped his hair, stood barefoot in the light grid, and the melodious melody vaguely sounded in his ears again.

Feng Shizhen was stunned for a moment, lowered his hands and listened.  The music faded in and out, like a hallucination, seducing and calling, making her heartstrings resonate.

The towel was casually placed on the back of the chair.  Feng Shizhen gently raised his hands, hugged his invisible shoulders, slowly raised his feet, and took the first step.

The dance music gradually became clearer.

She closed her eyes, with a slight and gentle smile on her lips, sliding, crossing, and rotating according to the rhythm

The moonlight, as soft as a graceful gauze, enveloped her and brought her into a dreamland.

The moment she turned back, an arm wrapped around her waist, and their solid and warm bodies were close to each other.

Feng Shizhen opened his eyes in a daze, his chest was agitated and his breathing was ragged.

The young man was dressed in white and had picturesque features. He stared down at her and pursed his lips in silence.  A faint green bamboo-like fragrance emanated from the man's body, permeating Feng Shizhen's heart and mind.

They stood on the bright dance floor again, with the moonlight flying around them like white water.

The two of them continued to dance the tango on the empty dance floor.  The dance seemed endless, and they danced tirelessly.  Their eyes met, silent, as if they had been forgotten in the long river of time.

The next day, Feng Shizhen was awakened by the warm sunshine shining on his face.  She felt her arms and legs were a little sore, as if she had really danced all night.

The Rong family is located in an alley on Gongguan Road in the French Concession. The neighbors are all Western-style houses. The neighbors are either rich or noble.  Rong's house is located at the end of the lane, and its garden is huge, taking up almost half of the street.

Feng Shizhen asked the driver to park the car in front of the side door where she came in last time.  The footman had already received instructions and carried her luggage to her room, while she went to the mansion to see Mrs. Rong first.

Mrs. Rong is playing mahjong with three visiting ladies.  As soon as they heard that the new female teacher hired for the eldest young master had come to his door, the wives understood each other well and used the Hu cards to get up and wash their hands together, without being in a hurry to go back.

Feng Shizhen followed an aunt carrying a fruit plate into the living room, stood on the foot of the carpet, and respectfully greeted Mrs. Rong.  The ladies' eyes were like police searchlights, scanning Feng Shizhen from head to toe.

Today Feng Shizhen is wearing Yindan Shilin¡¯s long and wide cheongsam, which is very simple.  This robe was very slim, but when she wore it, she still looked quite slim.  Her facial features are bright and refreshing, with thick black hair, long eyebrows and apricot eyes, and a??The unvarnished beauty of youth.

The oldest lady smiled and said: "A good-spirited girl. I heard she is also a top student. Where did you find her, Shujun?"

Mrs. Rong said proudly: "The trustee searched Shanghai for about ten candidates, and she stood out the most. She could even answer all the math questions in English correctly. I was afraid that asking her to teach the children would be overqualified, and she should go to teach in a university.  That¡¯s it.¡±

A young woman with an oval face and peach-shaped bangs chuckled: "Such a young female gentleman, I wonder if she can control the eldest son of your family. My younger brother is about the same age as him, and he still teases the teacher with his classmates.  "

Mrs. Rong glanced at Feng Shizhen and said, "Ms. Feng has been teaching in a cram school before. Most of the students are boys who are going to college. She has rich experience in disciplining students."

Feng Shizhen took Mrs. Rong's hint and echoed: "Madam, please don't worry. As a teacher, you should convince others with your virtue and knowledge. Suppressing students based on your age will only be counterproductive."

The young woman looked at Feng Shizhen with a half-smile, "Miss Feng must be the first among the candidates not only for her knowledge, but also for her appearance. Cousin, do you think she looks a bit like that female star Lu Xingcai?"

The beady lady said in a soft voice: "Does it look like it? Young girls these days are all good-looking, and all of them can be on the cover of magazines and become female stars. Just talking about that girl Fang Lin, the last time I saw her and  My classmates were shopping in a department store. There were five or six girls, all of them ladies, but she was the prettiest."

This flattery is really crispy and fragrant, and can be smelled within a ten-mile radius.  Mrs. Rong was very helpful and followed the words: "Speaking of which, Fang Lin and the other children should be called over to meet the teacher."

An aunt came to report: "The eldest lady led several young ladies to paint in the garden, and the young master was playing football in the backyard. The eldest young master said early in the morning that he was going to the pier to see off a friend, but he went out without eating breakfast."

"Jia Shang, this kid," Mrs. Rong said with a concerned motherly look, "Why don't you have breakfast? But you don't like the new Sichuan cook?"

Mrs. Kang said nothing.  The ladies also had different expressions.

¡°My stepmother specially hired a Sichuan cook for him, but he didn¡¯t even tell her when he was going out.  This young master Rong's eccentric temperament has really become more and more obvious.  Except for the oval-faced young woman who sneered and said nothing, the other two ladies comforted Mrs. Rong sympathetically.

After Mrs. Rong had mastered the trick, she said to Feng Shizhen, who had been watching the show for most of the day: "Fang Lin can't put down his pen when he paints. Why don't Miss Feng follow Mrs. Kang to the garden to look for them, and get familiar with the yard by the way."  "

Feng Shizhen showed a considerate smile, politely said goodbye to the ladies, and followed Mrs. Kang away.  #####(Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
