As the orders of the 21st Division were issued step by step, the Japanese and puppet troops in the entire Xuzhou area quickly took action. A large number of Japanese troops appeared at the gate of the city. The puppet troops were sent to the city to strictly inspect various inns. After all, these people were responsible for  The situation in the city is relatively familiar.

At the same time, traitor plainclothes teams from all over the country were also frantically traveling between towns and villages, inquiring about all kinds of information, just to find out the traces of Zhang Shaolin and others.

And the Japanese military intelligence agencies were dispatched in unison, and the atmosphere in the entire Xuzhou area became extremely tense because of Sakai Hoji's order.

It is said that after Zhang Shaolin and others broke out from Xiao County, they went all the way north to Cao County, a hundred kilometers away.

The two places are neither far nor close, and we have to pass through more than a dozen Japanese military strongholds and checkpoints along the way.

Along the way, Zhang Shaolin and others clearly felt that the Japanese army's defensive power seemed to have strengthened a lot, and the intensity of interrogations had also increased a lot.

¡°Whether it is a village or a town, as long as there are little devils stationed there, it is difficult to get in, which ruins the intention of Zhang Shaolin and others to continue to destroy.

However, Zhang Shaolin's main goal has changed from destroying and containing the hostages to rescuing the hostages, so they are still relatively low-key. On the contrary, several other special forces have no such scruples and take advantage of the chaos of the little devils.  Several big things happened.

Since these special forces members come and go without a trace, and once they seize the opportunity, they will cause huge losses to the Japanese and puppet troops. Therefore, the entire Japanese soldiers in Xuzhou City have been mobilized frequently in the past few days, and no one has noticed.  The rest of the Japanese soldiers never returned to Xuzhou City after they left the city.

While Li Guoyao¡¯s command and the 12th Army were competing for supremacy in northern Jiangsu, the first Changsha battle between the Nationalist Government and the 11th Army of the Central China Front also came to an end.

The outcome of this battle had a major impact, not only changing the layout of China and Japan, but also affecting the direction of future operations between the two countries.

Time entered September, and the battle between China and Japan on the outskirts of Changsha entered a white-hot stage. On the morning of the 23rd, the Japanese 6th Division and the Nara Detachment first concentrated more than 80 artillery pieces on the 2nd Division position of the 52nd Army on the south bank of the Xinqiang River.  After fierce shelling, the Changsha offensive and defensive battle officially began.

An hour later, the artillery fire extended. Under the personal command of the division commander, Lieutenant General Inaba Shiro, the Japanese 6th Division began to forcibly cross the Xinqiang River from near Qibutang.

However, the Japanese army's move was stubbornly blocked by the Chinese army. At sunset, the two sides were still facing off at the front line of the Xinqiang River.

However, the Japanese army suddenly used a killer move to catch the Chinese army by surprise - the Shangcun detachment made a surprise attack on the camp.

This Shangcun detachment was drawn from the 3rd Division stationed in Jiangbei by Okamura Ningji. It has a strength of more than 7,000 people as a reinforced brigade, because this unit is not familiar with the terrain of Jiangnan and has to enter Dongting Lake. The Chinese army  They landed directly in front, and the 11th Army Headquarters also asked them to take bold actions to wedge the enemy's flank, so the actions of this unit were very strange.

¡°At first, the Shangcun detachment relied on the assistance of the navy, but with the arrival of a person with a special identity, the actions of this unit were completely out of order.

The person who influenced the actions of the Shangcun detachment is little-known in China. Even the intelligence agency Military Control Bureau has no relevant information about him, but this person had a great influence on this battle.

This person¡¯s name is Qian Zhengxin, and his military rank is only Lieutenant Colonel.

Even though this guy is just a small lieutenant colonel, he has quite a reputation in the entire Japanese army. He entered the military academy at the age of 15 and later became a famous young officer in Japan. He was the son of the militarist Ishihara Kanji.  A true believer, known as the devil's counselor.

And this guy is still a man who will do whatever it takes to achieve his goals. In 1934, the base camp transferred Masanobu Tsuji, who had just been promoted to captain, to the Army Noncommissioned Officer School to serve as a cadet squadron leader. On the surface, it was a normal job transfer, but in fact it was Tojo Hideki who was assigned as the controlling faction.  Tsuji Masanobu went to Rikushi to suppress the Imperial Way faction.

Tsuji Masanobu used spy students in Rishi to monitor the speeches and activities of the Emperor's students, and sent spy students to break into the internal associations of the Emperor's students to study the "national transformation theory" of the right-wing representative Kita Ikki, and incited the Emperor's students to  Before the opening of the provisional parliament, he murdered Prime Minister Admiral Okada Keisuke, former Prime Minister Saito Minoru, and former Prime Minister Saionji Kimio in an attempt to establish a military government centered on Army General Sadao Araki, Army General Masaki Jinzaburo, and Army General Hayashi Senjuro.  "Coup Plan".

After being exposed at this time, although all the students involved were expelled, it was found that the "coup" was planned by Tsuji Masanobu.

Although Tsuji Masanobu eliminated the imperial power faction from the army, he himself was suspended for a month, and then was expelled from the Army in April 1935.Central Committee, assigned to the Second Infantry Regiment stationed in Mito.

In the middle of this year, an armed conflict broke out between the Soviet Union and Japan in the Nomonkan area. At that time, Major Masanobu Tsuji, who was still only a combat staff officer, issued the "Outline for Handling the Manchurian-Soviet Border Dispute" in the name of General Kenkichi Ueda, commander of the Kwantung Army.  The outline states that "for areas where the national border is unknown, the defense commander must independently determine the national border and clearly indicate it to the front-line troops." And regardless of the number of troops, victory must be achieved during the conflict. This move can be interpreted as delegating power to  Commander of the resident military division.

When the General Staff Headquarters in Tokyo learned of the Kwantung Army¡¯s intention to expand the conflict, it immediately sent a telegram instructing the Kwantung Army to stop expanding the conflict.  This telegram was torn up by Tsuji Masanobu at that time and pretended to be a notice instructing the continuation of the war.

What¡¯s even more serious is that on this telegram¡¯s decision, Masanobu Tsuji signed on behalf of the Chief of Operations, the Chief of Staff and even the Commander of the Kwantung Army.  According to the Japanese Army Criminal Code at the time, Tsuji's behavior should be charged as a felony.

In this battle, the Japanese army suffered heavy losses due to the chaos of the command system and equipment that was one generation behind the Soviet army.  The conflict ended with Soviet Marshal Zhukov's offensive superiority and the Japanese troops withdrawing from the disputed area on August 31, 1939.

"According to the figures released by the Sixth Army Medical Department at the time, the Kwantung Army's losses in this battle were: 58,925 dispatched personnel; 7,720 killed in battle; 8,664 battle wounded; 2,363 war diseases; 1,021 missing; a total of 19,768 people."

But what is incredible is that Major Tsuji Masanobu, who provoked the incident, was not executed after the incident. He was simply transferred to the 11th Army in Wuhan and became the military police commander under Lieutenant General Okamura Neiji without any punishment.

Although this Qian Zhengxin deceived his superiors and subordinates and bullied his colleagues, objectively speaking, this person is indeed extremely capable.  Masanobu entered the Army Junior Military Academy as a substitute and graduated first; he entered the Army Noncommissioned Officer School and graduated first; he entered the 43rd class of the Japanese Army University and graduated third.

It is said that Qian Zhengxin studied extremely hard and only slept about three hours a day. He was extremely energetic and was also good at putting on a show.  If used well, he is an excellent staff officer, but in terms of the Japanese army's military system and talents, no one can control him.

After Masanobu was transferred to the 11th Army, Neji Okamura sent him to the Uemura detachment as a main staff member.

After analyzing the battle situation on the front line, Masanobu unexpectedly asked Uemura detachment to change the battle plan. The main force immediately detoured to the important town camp where the 52nd Army was stationed, catching the Chinese army by surprise.

At dawn on September 23, the Shangcun detachment transferred its troops and rushed to the camp.

After arriving at Yingtian, the Shangcun detachment immediately launched an attack and successfully landed in Yingtian.  Later, the Shangcun detachment used special combat examples such as breaking through the enemy's formation with a circular formation of motorized boats and boats, successfully threatening the retreat of the main force of the Chinese army.

The Japanese army landed in the camp, which neither Xue Yue nor Guan Linzheng expected.

The fall of Yingtian was particularly shocking to Guan Linzheng: the Japanese 6th Division came from the front of the New Wall River; the Nara detachment pressed against him from the right, and the Yingtian Shangcun detachment came ashore one after another. Several of his troops were wrapped in the middle, and they were trapped on three sides.  Encirclement, facing the desperate situation of water, there is a danger of being surrounded and annihilated.

So after obtaining Xue Yue's consent, Guan Linzheng immediately organized all armies to retreat.  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com
