At the end of November, Li Guoyao personally issued an order for army-wide training to the six front armies. According to the plan, this training will not only be carried out in the Northeast troops, but also the two front armies in the pass will be carried out simultaneously.

This training is divided into two parts. One is military, which is relatively simple. It is to conduct unified military training for existing soldiers, including formation, personal military skills, tactical coordination, etc. The original soldiers of the Ninth Army will be trained for the time being.  I have become accustomed to this.

But the other item is a bit confusing. Li Guoyao actually asked all troops to launch a plan called a complaint campaign, which was to let all soldiers who were bullied by the Japanese or other bandits or even warlords come forward and speak out.  The pain in my heart.

Regarding this order, the commanders-in-chief of each army were somewhat confused and sent telegrams one after another to inquire about the situation.

But Li Guoyao always responded with six words - resolutely execute the order!

Apart from that, there is no explanation at all!

In desperation, all troops could only implement Li Guoyao's orders.

What everyone doesn¡¯t know is that this so-called complaint campaign was an important measure taken by Li Guoyao to transform the soldiers¡¯ thinking.

As the saying goes, nature is easy to change but hard to change, but Li Guoyao, who is familiar with history, knows very well that it is not difficult to change a person's behavior and habits. Any habit can be persisted as long as it persists for 21 days, which means that you have to change a person's behavior.  As long as a person's behavioral habits are changed and covered with another habit, the results will be seen in 21 days.

"But it's not easy to change a person's mind. No matter how many times you tell him, he may not listen. Only if he realizes it himself can he change.

This is especially true for soldiers, especially those veterans. Their thoughts have long been ingrained, and it is really difficult to change them.

But if you want to improve the combat effectiveness of your troops, you must let them know why they are fighting, and you must change their thinking.

I think back then, the National Government of Guangdong was in a corner, with only 85,000 troops in total. However, within two years, it wiped out the Beiyang warlords with a total strength of more than 800,000 troops and unified the country. What did they rely on?

The Beiyang warlords have all the weapons that the National Revolutionary Army has. The National Revolutionary Army has the Huangpu Military Academy, and the Beiyang warlords also have the Beiyang Army Arms School. In terms of financial resources, the Beiyang warlords have a complete victory over the National Revolutionary Army.

To put it bluntly, I have everything you have, and I have what you don¡¯t have. Why should you win?

Did the National Revolutionary Army take Dali Pills?

Why did it suddenly become so fierce?

But aside from that, the National Revolutionary Army really has a powerful pill, and this powerful pill is the Three People's Principles.

The Three People's Principles powerfully attacked the legitimacy of the Manchu Qing's rule and provided an opportunity for the Manchu Qing's final demise. However, the energy of the Three People's Principles only ended here, and it was powerless to deal with the late Beiyang warlords' melee.

Mr. Sun continues to reflect and explore, striving to find a new way out for China.  In 1917, the Russian October Revolution broke out internationally, and in 1919, the May Fourth Movement broke out domestically.

The major events of the past two years have promoted Mr. Sun¡¯s ideological changes and led to the birth of the new Three People¡¯s Principles.

In the national realm, Sun proposed overthrowing imperialism and overthrowing the warlords who colluded with imperialism.

In the field of government, Sun proposed to improve the shortcomings of the current European and American systems, emphasizing the distinction between direct government and power, that is, the government has the power to govern, and the people have political power, and the Western electoral system is not fully implemented.

In the field of people's livelihood, Sun proposed state-owned land, which would then be distributed to farmers by the state, and capital would be controlled. State-owned capital control would be implemented in lifeline industries so that the private capital system could not control the people's livelihood.

After reading it, you will find that isn¡¯t this half communism?

This is what was implemented after the founding of New China.

In the same year, at the first congress of the Kuomintang, Sun proposed three major policies: alliance with Russia, alliance with the Communist Party, and support for agriculture and industry. He accepted Soviet aid, established the Whampoa Military Academy, proposed cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, and allowed Communists to join the Kuomintang as individuals and have dual-party status.  .

After the National Revolutionary Army was armed with the ideas of the New Three People's Principles, the Communist Party made up for the shortcomings of grassroots mobilization and directly upgraded from a modern army to a modern army. This is the second transformation of the Chinese army.

The biggest difference is that the modern army is an army organized with money and personal loyalty, while the modern army is an army organized with ideas, doctrines, and loyalty to the country.

The modern army fights for money and disperses after losing its commander. The modern army fights for the cause. In the battle, even if there are only a few people left, they can still keep fighting.

The combat effectiveness of both sides is vastly different.

Looking at the performance of the Northern Expedition, we can see that after the Northern Expedition began, the National Revolutionary Army quickly occupied Changsha, broke through multiple lines of defense, and marched to Wuhan, the center of Wu Peifu's rule. Then the Northern Expedition occupied the entire city of Wuhan and wiped out the entire city.  Warlord Wu Peifu.

While the siege of Wuhan was in full swing, the Northern Expeditionary Army also fought fiercely in Jiangxi. From September 22 to November 8, the Northern Expeditionary Army attacked Nanchang three times and eliminated the warlord Sun Chuanfang at the cost of 15,000 casualties.

During the fierce battle in Jiangxi, the troops of Zhou Yinren, a small Fujian warlord, attempted to attack Guangdong and disrupt the rear of the Northern Expeditionary Army.

He Yingqin, an instructor who stayed at Huangpu Military Academy, sent troops to Fujian. By December 1926, he occupied the entire province of Fujian and launched an attack in the direction of Zhejiang, with his troops pointing directly at Shanghai.

In other words, in just half a year, a mere 85,000 Northern Expeditionary Army troops were divided into three groups and wiped out Wu Peifu in Lianghu, Sun Chuanfang in Jiangxi, and Zhou Yin people in Fujian.

What does it mean to be overwhelming? It is a completely crushing battle. It takes a lot of time to just march over such a long distance.

The National Revolutionary Army is owned by the National Government and is loyal to the country and the New Three People's Principles. It is not an individual's private property.

It can be seen that if you want to change the thinking of an army or a soldier, you must instill new ideas in them. In this regard, Yan'an has had many successful practices, including the 60th Army of the Yunnan Department.  The transformation is quite unique and worthy of learning from Li Guoyao.

The 60th Army was founded by the Yunnan warlords Long Yun and Lu Han. It was developed after the "Guoguo Uprising" against Yuan after the Revolution of 1911.

After the Marco Polo Bridge Incident broke out, Long Yun organized the main force of the Yunnan Army into the 60th Army in Yunnan and went north to fight against Japan.  Yan'an dispatched party members to the 184th Division of the army and carried out a large number of anti-Japanese and national salvation activities.

These tasks effectively promoted the progress of the 184th Division and the division commander, General Zhang Chong, but they also exposed the underground party and aroused the vigilance of the Kuomintang authorities and the top officers of the Yunnan Army.  In November 1938, Zhang Chong was dismissed from his post by Chiang Kai-shek and investigated. Most of the underground party members withdrew from the army one after another, and those who remained went into hiding.

After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, Chiang launched a civil war. The 60th Army and the 93rd Army, the main forces of the Yunnan Army, were transferred to the northeastern front. Yan'an began to instigate rebellion against the 60th Army.

On May 30, 1946, Major General Pan Shuoduan, commander of the 184th Division of the Kuomintang, led the team directly under the division headquarters and the 552nd Regiment to stage a battlefield uprising in Haicheng, Liaoning.  On the same day, they marched to Anton, the hinterland of the liberated area, and then the insurgent troops stationed in Xinglong Town, Bayan County, Heilongjiang Province for retraining.

If the transformation of the uprising troops is regarded as a political battle, the breakthrough point of the battle should be chosen at the opponent's most critical and weakest point.  Xinglong training was a brand new opportunity to transform the Kuomintang uprising troops. Yan'an finally chose the breakthrough point of this political battle in the form of complaints!

Before the official start of the training, the army transferred more than 150 officers to Bei'an County, Heilongjiang Province, and entered the main campus of Northeast Military and Political University for a nine-month semester.

Then, two non-commissioned officer training teams were established in Xinglong Town, and more than 300 people were selected from squad leaders and soldiers to participate in the training. The first team had a three-month semester and the second team had a six-month semester.

Including the more than 100 officers and soldiers trained by the Liaodong Branch of Northeast Military and Political University half a year ago, a total of about 550 people have received systematic training, accounting for about a quarter of the strength of the uprising troops in the later period.

After the organizational adjustment, the grievance campaign was launched simultaneously in the army, the non-commissioned officer training team and Northeast Military and Political University.

The first step is to "pour out the bitterness": convene a military meeting, invite the soldiers who have suffered the most and have the most hatred to take the stage to give typical speeches, and then move to a general complaint activity.

The vast majority of soldiers have a bitter background and are full of bitterness.  After the accusation movement begins, one person on the stage often cries, and hundreds of people in the audience shed tears. When talking about the sadness, the seven-foot man even bursts into tears.

The next step is to "calculate the detailed accounts". Taking into account the land reform movement near the station, we first calculate the "accounts of exploitation".

???????????? I didn¡¯t know until I settled the accounts, I got so angry that I realized that the poverty of the poor was caused by the exploitation of the landlords!

After calculating the "economic accounts", then calculate the "political accounts" and look at the surrounding villages. What proportion of landlords and rich peasants account for them?  No more than 10%.  Looking at the Kuomintang army again, how many soldiers are not exploited and oppressed?  The Eighth Route Army and Yan'an rely on the people and mobilize the people, and one day they will completely overthrow the Kuomintang reactionaries!

The third step is to "sarcastic root". Landlords in Yunnan exploit people, and old moneymen in Northeast China also exploit people. Why?  The evil system of exploitation is the "root of suffering" of the working people!

It seems incredible to say that during Anton¡¯s training, these principles were repeated over and over again countless times, but not many people listened, and not many words were listened to.  Things are different after complaining. The party members say everything they say from the bottom of their hearts, and the more they listen, the more willing they are to listen.

Before the tears of complaint were wiped away, each one of them became a loyal soldier of the People's Liberation Army.  (Remember the website address: www.hlnovel.com)Every word is spoken in my heart, and the more I listen, the more willing I am to listen.
