"Okay, then what should we do?" Lin Rui frowned.

"This is a very complex task that requires you to contact these oil companies, warn them, and sign security and defense contracts with them for at least two years. To ensure that when conflicts occur in Anmore, these oil companies  will still be able to secure a foothold. Convince them that it will be good for you and them," Aladdin whispered.

"So this mission is to win over those oil companies?" Jiang An frowned.

"That's right." Silver Wolf Michelle nodded.  "The difference between us and mercenaries in the traditional sense is that we are not limited to fighting and killing. I will go talk to other oil companies. But those Chinese companies, I am afraid it will be difficult for us to break into them.  They don¡¯t trust military companies and don¡¯t view us favorably.¡±

"I will try to talk to Qin Chuan, maybe he can facilitate this business." Lin Rui nodded.

"That's what I mean." Silver Wolf Michelle nodded. "The influence of PetroChina in this area is not even lower than that of ExxonMobil. Their presence in Anmore will make the secret society take action.  There are constraints when the time comes. So we must strive to win these contracts.¡±

Lin Rui nodded, "Okay, but how should I start?"

"My people will help you find Qin Chuan, you'd better talk to him first." Aladdin whispered.  "Gentlemen, this is not an ordinary business negotiation, but an important part related to the situation in the Anmore region, and there is no room for failure."

Lin Rui took a deep breath and nodded.

Algiers is the capital and largest city of Algeria, the second largest city in North Africa, and the largest port on the southern coast of the Mediterranean.  Algiers is located between two bays on the southern coast of the Mediterranean. It extends for about 20 kilometers along the Bay of Algiers and is shaped like a hemispheric theater.  The city is built on undulating hillsides, with buildings stacked on top of each other and winding streets. From luxury buildings on the Mediterranean beaches, to villas in the greenery, to stacks of residential houses with gables, the walls are all white.  The mist often surrounds them, and the scenery is very beautiful.

Qin Chuan was sitting on the side of a small street, watching a group of children running on the street playing football, and then checked his watch.  When he was hesitating whether to continue waiting, Lin Rui had already walked over to him and sat down.

"So it's you?" Qin Chuan frowned slightly.

"Believe me, I don't want to see you either." Lin Rui shook his head, "But there are some things that exceed our personal preferences."

    "For example?" Qin Chuan frowned.

"When it comes to work, whether you like it or not, you still have to do the work you should do." Lin Rui looked at Qin Chuan and said.

Qin Chuan clearly felt that there was something in Lin Rui's words, "What do you mean, what do you want to talk to me about?"

"We are talking about oil. China currently imports nearly one-third of its oil from Africa. The distribution of China's oil in Africa is mainly in Central and East Africa, because most of these countries are poor and war-torn. Although these countries do not have the most oil  , but it is the easiest to obtain. The biggest obstacle for these oil companies is the instability of the regional situation. After a large amount of investment has been made, they have to withdraw due to a local armed conflict. It is definitely not pleasant.  ." Lin Rui looked at Qin Chuan.

"There's nothing we can do about it." Qin Chuan shook his head.  "Similar things often happen in these small countries. What can we do? We do not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries."

"I can give you some information for free." Lin Rui looked at the harbor road in the distance.

Qin Chuan smiled, "You know what I do. I don't need you to provide me with information yet."

"But this time, you really need it." Lin Rui shook his head.  "In Anmol, at least four oil production plants of the Chinese oil company will be in danger. This will be related to great economic losses and casualties. That is, within a few months. If I tell  How can you still be so calm?"

"Where did your information come from? How true is it?" Qin Chuan's face darkened.

"There is no doubt about the reliability of the intelligence, and you also know that we have our own information channels." Lin Rui put a map in his hand on the table and looked at him.

Qin Chuan picked up the map and looked at it, frowning and said, "I don't believe anyone would deliberately attack these targets. It doesn't make any sense."

"You better believe it. In addition, in the past few days, the American Exxon Mobil Oil Company, ConocoPhillips International Petroleum Company Limited, and British Petroleum Company have signed security contracts with us in the Anmore area." Lin Rui  He said calmly, "Because there will be serious conflicts in Anmol in the next few months. These large oil companies will needNeed safety.  And we can provide everything they need.  "

"So, you are not only here to give me news, but also want to help you get the security contracts of these companies through me?" Qin Chuan frowned slightly.

"You can say that, but it is good for us all." Lin Rui whispered, "It is not easy to win these oil production plants just by bidding, and the investment and construction costs are huge. If they are forced to evacuate, China will suffer losses  It¡¯s going to be huge.¡±

"I don't understand, we have an agreement with Anmol, why would they do this?" Qin Chuan frowned.

"Because now the warlord leader of Anmol is dead. Anmol, as part of the Orumi Federation, will face a reshuffle. So someone else has caused regional tension through a continuous armed conflict, so that  All these overseas companies are leaving Anmore. This storm will hit Anmore in a few months, and although we cannot stop this big storm, we can protect these companies from the storm."  Lin Rui whispered.

"Then why are you looking for me?" Qin Chuan said solemnly.

"Because I know what you do, and you also said last time that given the survival conditions of these overseas companies, you do not exclude cooperation with military companies. So you'd better help me facilitate this. No matter what  It will be beneficial to both of us." Lin Rui said slowly.

"You think too highly of me. I have no ability to influence the decisions of these Chinese companies." Qin Chuan whispered, "Especially when there is no definite evidence that what you are telling the truth."

"But your superiors have, tell them the real situation. Let them make the decision." Lin Rui whispered, "As a friendly reminder, the situation in Anmol will not be stable for more than two months. So now is a critical period.  It will be too late to regret it by then.¡±

"Okay. I'll give it a try." Qin Chuan nodded.
