After half a day they had everything ready.  Lincoln handed a bottle to Sergey, "Take this, the success of this mission depends on it."

    "What is this?" Sergey frowned.

"Put this thing into Belikantov's inhalant, and it will make this guy unconscious in a short time." Lincoln whispered.

¡°That¡¯s it, will it be useful?¡± Sergey asked with doubt.

"I don't know how it can be used on humans. Because it was obtained from some elephant hunting criminals in Kenya. It is said that if you increase the dose slightly, you can kill an elephant. I think reducing the dose should also be able to deal with a human."  Lincoln nodded.

"Medicine for animals?" Sergey said in shock.

Lin Rui came over and said, "What's so strange about this? Aren't humans animals? Pack up and get ready to go. Today we're going to look at you. Whether you can successfully drug Belikantov will depend on whether we can successfully complete it."  The key to the mission. Remember what we said before about the principles of action?"

"Don't expose yourself, don't alert the other party, come and go silently." Sergey made a gesture to Lin Rui.

"Just understand." Lin Rui patted him on the shoulder, "This time it's all up to you. If you have a chance, do it. If you don't have a chance, don't do it forcefully. I need you to come back safely."

    "Understood." Sergey nodded.

Lin Rui turned around and said, "Let's go and ambush the hospital. Sausage, you are responsible for installing the eavesdropping device and monitoring the hospital's emergency calls. Once we receive the emergency call from the Orumi Federal Government Building, we will take action immediately. In three minutes  As a team, I, Lincoln, and Jiang An each led a group of people to divide the work around the hospital, the government building and along the way. When Sergey started to take action, we also had to complete the deployment at the same time." The team members all dispersed, and Sergey  Guy did the infiltration alone, while others worked around the perimeter and along the way.

Because he had successfully infiltrated once before, Sergey seemed very familiar with it this time.  He completed all the work within half an hour, including sneaking into Belikantov's office and replacing the vials containing the anesthetic.  Everything is done silently.  Because it was nighttime and no important people were present in the Orumi government building, the alert level was lowered.  This also made Sergey's operation very smooth.  At around one o'clock in the night, he successfully returned to his hiding place.

The next day, Belikantov entered his office as usual to handle some related matters.  Although he currently only has the name of a consultant, he actually controls the real power, and the ministers and senior officials of Orumi have to listen to him.  However, Belikantov does have outstanding abilities. In less than a year, he has been responsible for the planning of major projects under construction in the Orumi Federation and a number of emerging factories.

The Orumi Federation itself was established by several small African countries, and these small countries have almost no successful industrial experience.  With his business experience and a large number of free labor, Belikantov did indeed achieve quite good results, and therefore was appreciated by Vasily.

Today he was having a small meeting, and Belikantov, who was talking at the meeting, seemed to be out of breath.  He knew that his old problems had recurred, including attacks of coughing, chest tightness and difficulty breathing.  Asthma has been bothering him for a long time.  "Sorry, everyone." He opened the drawer naturally, took out a bottle of asthma inhaler, shook it twice, and breathed heavily into his mouth.

After taking a few breaths, Belikantov did not seem to have calmed down much. He also had symptoms of twitching in his limbs and fell on his chair.  Everyone in the room was shocked.

Andrei, who was on guard beside him, immediately hugged Belikantov.  He tested Belikantov's breathing with his hands, his face changed slightly, and he turned around and shouted, "No, he's unconscious. Call the emergency call!" He thought Belikantov was in a coma caused by asthma.  , and also helped him take a few more puffs of the inhaler in an attempt to relieve the symptoms.  How did he know that the medicine bottle was filled with anesthetic? After a few more breaths, Belikantov became even more unconscious.

"What's going on?" asked several federal officials around him.

"He has asthma. It may be dyspnea caused by asthma." Andrei unbuttoned Belikantov's tie and shirt buttons, and turned around and said, "Did you call the phone? We need an ambulance!"

"The fight has already begun. They will arrive soon. How about we drive Mr. Belikantov there first without waiting for them?" a subordinate asked.

"No, we don't have first aid equipment in the car. Another violent bump like this may kill him. His breathing is still stable now. When the ambulance comes, the medical staff will deal with it and they will take care of him on the way to the hospital.  ???Put him on a respirator, it'll be safer at least.  "Andre shook his head.

After a while, the roar of an ambulance was heard outside. Accompanied by hurried footsteps, several medical staff quickly walked in, "Where is the patient?"

"Are you doctors? Which hospital are you from?" Andre stopped them.

"St. Martin's Hospital, was it you who made the call just now?" The doctor looked at him wearing a blue mask and asked.

"Yes" Andre was about to open his mouth to see their IDs, but the doctor had already walked past him, squatted next to Belikantov, reached out to feel his pulse, and listened with a stethoscope.  He checked his breathing and heartbeat and said in a deep voice.  "Has he always had asthma before?"

"Yes." Andre replied, "What happened to him?"

"It may be an asthma attack, but it cannot be ruled out that it is some kind of viral infection. This can only be confirmed after a hospital examination. His heartbeat is very fast and his body is sweating a lot. It cannot be ruled out that it is caused by an infectious virus." The doctor turned around and said  , "We must send him away immediately!" He turned around and waved, and several paramedics stepped forward to lift Belikantov on a stretcher and left.

"Wait, where are you going?" Andre stopped them.

"Of course he needs to go to the hospital. He needs a comprehensive examination to determine the cause of the disease. Can't we examine him here? Besides, there is no equipment!" The doctor shook his head.

"I knew he had asthma, but I never found it to be this serious. What the hell is going on?" Andre shouted sharply.

"So you need to do a more comprehensive examination. Look, I don't want to cause panic. But until you can't rule out a virus, everyone in this room is at risk. I think you should reassure them and keep their emotions under control,  Then wait until we send more people here." The doctor whispered.  "We will send him to the hospital first, and then you will stay and help control the scene. Maybe this is the best choice."
