"Don't worry, Mr. K. I'm not interested in these prisons. What I'm interested in is the special prisoners detained in one of the prisons." Lin Rui put Georgilov's information on the table.

Mr. K said with a wry smile, "You have no idea what a black spot means. This is not an ordinary place used to detain terrorists. Before the 911 incident, the idea of ??setting up secret prisons abroad to detain terrorists was just an idea within the CIA.  A fantasy.

After the 9/11 incident, the Central Bureau once considered organizing a group of assassination teams to secretly penetrate into the Middle East, Africa and even some European countries to assassinate blacklisted terrorists one by one.

But in the end, the idea of ??hunting terrorists was abandoned, and instead, secret prisons for terrorists were set up abroad.

So far, at least hundreds of terrorists are being held in secret prisons in various places.  And those imprisoned at the black sites are the real priorities.

There are only thirty people currently in custody in all black-site prisons.  They are held in top-secret black sites, completely isolated from the outside world.

They do not enjoy any legal rights, and even members of the CIA are not allowed to have contact with them without special approval.

These black spots are all funded and established by the CIA and are managed and operated by CIA personnel.

With the exception of a few people in the White House and the CIA, only the chairmen and vice chairmen of the Intelligence Committees of both houses of Congress have the authority to know about the detention conditions of these individuals.

Let me give you an example and you will understand how special it is.  Zubaidi, who was once the head of al-Qaeda's operations department, was once imprisoned in a secret prison in Thailand.

¡°Compared with the real black spots, the prisons in Thailand and Guant¨¢namo are still inferior and can only hold some minor figures.  "

Lin Rui shook his head, "I don't care about the security conditions of those prisons. I just want to know about Georgilov."

"If you want to know about this Georgilov, then I will tell you. My authority does not allow you to see this person, and any normal procedures will not be approved." K shook his head first.  "If you want to find Georgilov and talk to him, you'd better understand this security information. Because you can only find a way to break in by yourself. So believe me, the safest way is to give up this crazy idea  .¡±

"What on earth did he commit? You take him so seriously. As far as I know, he used to be an insider of the CIA and was not a terrorist leader.

Why do you enjoy the special treatment that only those terrorist leaders enjoy and are imprisoned in black sites?  Lin Rui asked back.

"These things are very complicated to talk about. And they involve some scandals within the CIA. That's why the higher-ups decided to imprison him forever. This is a secret life imprisonment, without even a trial, just a simple detention." Mr. K sighed.  .

"Okay, tell me where he is being held?" Lin Rui looked at Mr. K and said.

"Do you really want to pursue this matter?" Mr. K looked at Lin Rui, "If you really want to continue to investigate, then I must make sure that I can never be involved. I have a family,  I still hope to retire normally and receive a federal pension.¡±

"I can guarantee that you will never be involved." Lin Rui nodded.

¡°Well, he was imprisoned in Poland. One of the most inconspicuous black site prisons. Although inconspicuous, this prison is arguably the most important secret prison established after the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

At present, this secret prison only holds him alone. It can be said that the entire prison serves him alone.  "Mr. K sighed.

"It sounds very grand." Lin Rui smiled.

"I'm not kidding. In fact, most of the information about the CIA's secret prisons in Central and Eastern Europe and their operations are classified. They are U.S. state secrets.

The reason why I know this is because I was the head of a department in Europe at that time.

That was in 2003, when we reached an agreement with the Polish Intelligence Service.  Provided to us by Poland, a secret prison for prisoners suspected of conspiring with Al Qaeda in terrorist attacks.  We provide funding.

Two officials were transporting two large boxes from the U.S. Embassy in Poland in Warsaw.  A full fifteen million dollars in cash.  It was airlifted from Germany in the form of a diplomatic parcel.

We loaded the money into the car and drove to the Polish Intelligence Service, where we met Colonel Andrei Dellakat, who was then the deputy director.

The two parties reached an agreement and obtained the right to use the facility, but then?Vacant.  It was only later that a criminal suspect transferred from Africa, namely Georgilov, was imprisoned.

The black site prison is about three hours away from Warsaw and is located at a military intelligence training base in northeastern Poland.

¡°But when we first took over, the buildings at the base needed to be repaired.  We invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in decoration and camera systems.

This black spot prison is located in a two-story villa.  It was originally the old Kaykut training center in Poland, code-named Quartz.

We have a whole team of people in charge there, and the main person in charge there is a team of about thirty-six people, including a number of agents and analysts.  Polish staff can enter the perimeter, but are strictly prohibited from approaching the villa.

That¡¯s all I know, I hope it helps.  But you'd better remember that this has nothing to do with me.  Everything you do is your own responsibility.  "Mr. K looked at Lin Rui.

"How is the security there?" Lin Rui asked.

¡°I was transferred out of the European department a long time ago, and now I am responsible for Africa. I don¡¯t know the situation there, and even if I did, I wouldn¡¯t disclose it to you.

In fact, you can check these things yourself.  But there are some things that I shouldn¡¯t say that I won¡¯t say.  Mr. K shook his head.

"Okay. It seems we can only handle things ourselves. But you won't betray me when the time comes, right?" Lin Rui looked at Mr. K and smiled.

"Unless I want to die. I don't want to have anything to do with this matter. I told you that I have a meeting in the afternoon and the time is very tight. I won't talk to you anymore." Mr. K stood up.

"Do you think we can sneak in there? Judging from your understanding of us." Lin Rui also stood up with a smile.

"To be honest, there is a chance. But you must be very careful. Maybe I will need to cooperate with you in the future. If you go alive, it is best not to be sent back in a body bag." After Mr. K said this,  He left without looking back.
