    ?

Even eight hours of rescue failed to save the patient's life.  He died at 6 a.m., when other nurses came in to help dispose of the body, Liu Yongqing just stepped out of the house step by step.

Outside the hospital, it was raining mistyly, and the garden downstairs was covered with mist.  Pei Jing looked at Liu Yongqing's sad back, but didn't dare to go up to disturb him.  She knew that the old director was sadder than anyone else.

The doctors and nurses walked away consciously and gave Liu Yongqing a separate space to stay in the office.  When Pei Jing left, she glimpsed through the glass window of the office that Liu Yongqing was sitting powerlessly and motionless.

He held his forehead with his hands, and tears flowed from his eyes little by little.  He didn't move at all, just letting his pale face already wrinkled be wet with tears.

Liu Yongqing is the old director of Shencheng Hospital, and he has seen more patients than Pei Jing knows.  When he is with everyone, he is always the one who guides young doctors and nurses.  It seems that in Liu Yongqing's concept, there has never been a hurdle that cannot be overcome.

But at this moment, Pei Jing felt a mournful resonance from the bottom of her heart.  Liu Yongqing tried his best to suppress the crying that came out of the office bit by bit, Pei Jing leaned against the wall outside, desperately suppressing the choking sound in her throat, and her shoulders couldn't stop trembling.

She can fully understand how sad Liu Yongqing is, which cannot be described in a few words.  At this moment, Pei Jing could only suppress the sadness in her heart, and chose to leave quietly, leaving a lonely respect for Director Liu.

This is an unbearable weight in life, Pei Jing really felt so sad that she was about to faint.  But she couldn't, and she didn't want to just fall like this.  There are still many patients waiting for them, and she still needs to cheer up and continue to move forward with a heavy load.

A few days later, during the lunch break, Pei Jing visited Xiaoxiao's ward.  When Pei Jing came in, Xiaoxiao was just preparing for lunch.

Seeing that Xiaoxiao straightened her back, she half-sat on the hospital bed stiffly, holding her chopsticks in her hands without moving, just staring blankly at the tofu and fried pork on the dinner plate.

"Hey, the fried pork is pretty good today, it smells good." Pei Jing greeted with a smile.

Xiaoxiao raised her head and saw that Pei Jing was coming, and her frowning brows also stretched out: "Hey, don't mention it, since I was diagnosed with the new crown, I can't taste the taste in my mouth. I feel like eating anything  I feel lonely and feel that there is no point in eating."

"It's hard for you. Ordinary pregnant women in your month should be like gluttons. They can eat double servings of everything they see. Some patients do have similar symptoms to you, but they can't taste the taste and feel uncomfortable.  "Pei Jing shook her head while talking: "But I can't stand it without eating, or you can tell me what you want to eat, and I'll buy it for you."

"Actually, the hospital took good care of me. I am a pregnant woman, and I pay special attention to nutrition in meals, with a combination of meat and vegetables. But as soon as the chopsticks are put into the bowl, I feel like I can't eat and feel sick when I see oily water. I can't swallow any amount of meat.  Not to mention those vegetables, I can¡¯t even taste a little taste.¡± Xiaoxiao said with tears in her eyes, she was also spoiled and grew up, when did she suffer from such grievances?  (Remember the site URL: www.hlnovel.com
